These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GoodHour (the "Service"), an app made by Good Studio (CVR 35502696), a Danish company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
GoodHour is a web app for tracking work hours, managing teams and projects, and exporting time data for payroll and reporting. Good Studio develops and operates GoodHour. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access others' data without permission, interfering with the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Organizations and data
If you create or join an organization, you and your organization's administrators control member access and the data entered in that workspace. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process personal data you enter about employees, contractors, or clients.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Polar). Prices, billing intervals, and taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the flow provided in the app or by your payment provider. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our billing policies at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
Good Studio owns the GoodHour app, branding, and software. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. GoodHour is a time-tracking tool; it is not legal, tax, or payroll advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you use a free plan.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Copenhagen, Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
